Heat Therapy

Heat therapies are a group of treatments that use heat to improve circulation, relieve pain, and promote healing. They are thought to help restore balance to qi and promote the flow of blood and energy throughout the body. Moxibustion is a type of heat therapy that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for centuries. It is performed by burning mugwort near the skin, which can stimulate acupuncture points and promote the flow of qi.
TDP lamps, or therapeutic deep-penetrating panels, emit far-infrared (FIR) radiation. The heat generated by these lamps can penetrate the skin and reach the deeper tissues of the body, improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and promoting healing.
